The router is now back up and running, however we are further investigating an issue that is causing customer routers not to authenticate correctly meaning that they cannot get online.

We are aware of a fault affecting customers in our Rothes service area. This is due to a crash in our core router there. We are currently working on bringing the router and service back online and should be able to do this shortly.
