Port Speed Issue

Engineer has resolved an issue with the cable to the receiver and the network port on the receiver is now running at 1Gbps again.
The reboot of the equipment has not resolved the issue so an engineer will visit on-site between 12noon and 1pm to check all equipment and cabling. Some downtime during this period will be necessary to allow this, however we will endeavour to keep this to a minimum.
We have identified an issue with the network port speed on the incoming link feeding our Newton mast, resulting in a reduction of capacity to the site. We will be rebooting the affected device at 0830 in an attempt to resolve the issue. If this doesn’t work, an engineer will need to visit and investigate which may result in some downtime between 12noon and 1pm.
We will provide an update after the reboot to confirm if the on-site visit is required.
