Alert: Storm Floris (Amber Warning) – Mainland Scotland

Our Network Operations team is closely monitoring conditions as Storm Floris arrives today. The Met Office has issued an Amber Weather Warning for mainland Scotland, and there is an elevated risk of power cuts or physical damage causing service interruptions.
• Monitoring: 24/7 oversight of all core sites and transmission links
• Site Visits: Subject to pre-visit safety assessments; engineers will only travel if conditions allow safe access
• Impact: We hope for minimal disruption, but some intermittent outages may occur
