Our primary connectivity is back online after repairs to a fibre break in their network.

We have now resolved the issue with our backup connectivity provider and we have traffic flowing again, however our primary provider is still offline and we are still awaiting a cause for that outage.
We appreciate that this has been a frustrating outage but we are grateful for your patience.

We are experiencing a fault affecting our primary connectivity. Unfortunately at the same time our backup provider is not properly routing our traffic correctly either. We are actively working with both providers to re-establish service as quickly as possible and will provide further updates as soon as possible.
