Power Failures
Updates
We have now been able to fully re-establish connectivity for the majority of our service area. Currently Linkwood and Rosehill (Inchberry) remain offline due to area-wide outage and hardware failure respectively however we hope to have service restored to these areas in the morning and will update these faults independently.
We will continue to monitor the network overnight to watch for any lingering issues.
Engineers have isolated the issue to our upstream provider’s authentication equipment. We are now swapping to our backup equipment in order to restore service.

Engineers are currently investigating the equipment failure that is causing all customers to be offline at present. We are aiming to provide a further update by 21:00
Our Linkwood mast site is now currently offline due to a area-wide power outage at this site. We will update further when we are able to confirm that power has been restored.
We are aware of a number of electrical issues affecting our mast sites at present. We are monitoring our systems closely to ensure any further issues are kept to a minimum.
