Well some customers have come back online we have been unable to complete remote diagnostics to determine the cause of the issue.

An engineer has been dispatched to troubleshoot further on-site.

We’re investigating an issue affecting our fibre customers in the Burghead/Roseisle area. Engineers are looking into the issue and we hope to have a resolution shortly.
