Fibre network issues

Engineers completed the replacement of the cable section at around 8:15pm and have confirmed that all customers are back online.

Our engineer has investigated on-site had discovered damage to a section of underground cable which will require immediate replacement. Unfortunately this will result in a period of disruption for customers in Spey Bay however we will endeavour to keep the disruption to a minimum.

We are aware of an issue affecting some customers in the Spey Bay area on our fibre network. An engineer is on-route to site to investigate and we will provide a further update when we have more information.
