The fault has now been traced and resolved. Monitoring shows that there have been no subsequent drops in connectivity.

We will shortly be replacing an item of equipment at the Duffus mast in order to resolve the intermittent drop-outs that we are seeing at this site. This will take place between 1630 and 1730 and should result in a disconnection of around 15 minutes.

We are aware of an intermittent connectivity fault affecting our Duffus and Newton masts. We are investigating the cause of the issue and are hoping to restore normal service as soon as possible. In order to do this, we may require to reboot some equipment so additional short periods of downtime may occur this morning.
