We have resolved the issue with our Duffus mast and customer routers are reconnecting now. If you still have no connectivity in the next 15 minutes, please reboot your router.

Issue

Customers on our Duffus network are currently unable to connect due to a fault at the mast site. An engineer is currently heading to site to investigate and we aim to have service restored by 1800.
